Bioheaven360 is a Delhi based biotechnology Start-up (DIPP19277) recognised by Inter-ministerial board venturing into the products and services in the areas of healthcare and Life Sciences Industry. We are working in the areas of healthcare, environment and agriculture and continually working to develop solutions that are futuristic and impact our daily life. Currently, in the health are we are manufacturing molecular diagnosticstesting kits, media and reagents.

We bring in more than 20 years of rich experience in various aspects of molecular biotechnology, markers, genomics and IVD industry.

The company aims at creating solutions that are on cutting edge with the latest advancements in the globe, having wide applications and that provide cost-effective solutions for the rural and the needy.

Our in-house research team is continuously working on identification of novel molecular markers. These markers form the basis of predictive risk assessment as well as pharmacogenomics-based identification of drug targets. In area of communicable diseases, we have focus on diseases likeTB, viruses like SRAS, MERS, Covid19 and Dengue etc., encephalitis, malaria, Chikungunya and are in process of development of diagnostic kits. Based on the biomarker information RT PCR-based diagnosis is possible. Our goal is to revolutionise the molecular diagnosis with affordable and easy to use kind of kits and devices.

We are also working on CRISPR based diagnostics, therapeutics and vaccines having applications in disease areas like cancer, cardiovascular and several communicable diseases.

Dr. Shailendra Vyas a Post Graduate in Botany having a Gold Medal, completed his Ph.D. in Plant Tissue Culture and Molecular Biology from the Department of Botany, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. As a Project Scientist his post-doctoral work at the University of Delhi-South Campus, New Delhi involved Tomato Genome Sequencing which was a part of an International Consortium (SOL Genomics Network) funded by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, New Delhi. The work was published in Nature. In addition, he has published more than 20 research papers in peer reviewed National and International Journals besides book chapters and popular articles. He has taught UG and PG classes in Botany and Biotechnology for nearly 5 years. Dr. Vyas has engaged himself into Next Generation Sequencing and has been a trained subject matter expert on 454 Sequencing Platform in Roche Diagnostics India for pretty long time. He has more than 18 years of experience in academics and industry with nearly 8 years of relevant experience in IVD industry. He has delivered- talks, technical trainings and participated-monitored- and/or executed many national projects for the academia in India. He is passionately pursuing the application of genomics in healthcare, blending-up with artificial intelligence (AI) and deep learning (DL). He is also avid about ‘scientistic’ entrepreneurship development and has been recently appointed as Vice President, Startup Division, in Federation of Indian Industry (FII). He is acting as Mentor Expert for the several startups in India and established his own startup company, Bioheaven360 Genotec Pvt. Ltd. as its CEO and Director.

All of Sanjay's companies and also his foundation are professionally run and Sanjay spends the majority of his time mentoring young entrepreneurs. Prof. S. D. Purohit served Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India for over 32 years in various capacities before his superannuation in the year 2016.

He was Head, Department of Botany and Course Director, Department of Biotechnology, and Dean and Chairman, Faculty of Science. Professor Purohit has supervised 28 Ph.D. theses and 100 M.Sc. dissertations and also completed 12 Research Projects funded by UGC, DBT, DST, ICFRE, CSIR and State DST. Author of more than 24 books and 125 research articles, he is a member of the Board of Directors, Phytoessence Consortium, Boston, USA and Senior Editor, International Journal of Phytocosmetics and Natural Ingredients, USA. He was Organizing Secretary of a National Symposium on Plant Biotechnology and Chairman, International Congress on Phyto­cosmetics, Phytotherapeutics and Phytonutraceutics. A Fellow/ Member of various professional societies, he has published about 125 research papers in Journals of high repute and impact. He has delivered more than 100 extension lectures and was Key-note speaker in number of scientific events. He has visited United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, Iran, and Greece in connection with his research. Towards his commitment to science, he has dedicated himself for promotion of science education and research through various activities proposed by the SPSER.
