Application / Models

Test Procedure

Please read the instructions carefully before detection, do not open the test cassette foil pouch until you are ready to perform the test.

  • Keep the test strip/card and the specimen back to room temperature to 20 to 30 .
  • Open the foil pouch, take out the cassette and put on the table.
  • Add 1 drop(25uL) serum/plasma with a dropper into the S amples holes on the cassette. Then add 2 drops(80-100uL) of specimen buffer into D hole.
  • Read the test results in 10-20 minutes. Do not interpret results after 20 minutes.
Interpretation

 

  • Positive: Two red lines appear in the test area(T) and the control area(C).
  • Negative: Only a red line appears in the control line(C).There is no red band in the test area(T).
  • Invalid: Quality control line (C) does not appear a red line, indicating faulty operation or reagent failure.
